We work to fulfill our orders as promptly as possible. We begin processing your order within 3-5 business days after and you should receive an update from our side.
We currently ship to Saudi Arabia, Kuwait, United Arab Emirates, Oman, and Bahrain. Other countries will be added soon, so make sure to visit our FAQ page to see if your country is part of our network.
Shipping time for Saudi Arabia is 3-5 business days and cost 30 SR per shipment.
Shipping time for other Gulf countries is 7-10 business days and cost 50 SR per shipment.
Return and Exchange Policy:
Avalieri Time seeks to ensure that its customers are satisfied with every order that is executed on the site, but it may happen and the customer wants to return the product for any reason. In this case, please return the product to Avalieri Time within 7 days from the date of receipt of the product, with the invoice, and the product must be in the condition in which it was received and not used with its original packaging. It should contain original cards, stickers, and all its components. Avalieri Time will return the value that the customer paid for this product but it does not include the costs of returning the product to us.
We will return the amount directly to the credit card that was used in the purchase order within 14 days from the day we received these products from you.
You will only have to pay the cost of returning the products. This does not affect your legal rights.
We prepare each shipment with the best care possible to ensure that they reach you in good condition. However, if the product arrives damaged or defective, or if a product differs from the ordered product, we will replace it for you free of charge, or return the amount according to the condition of the returned product, if the return is addressed within 15 days of receiving it.
In these cases, we will also pay for the cost of returning the product to you.
Return unwanted or defective products:
Please contact us by email / toll free number to inform us of your desire to return products. We will provide you with a code to respond to the product return process, which will help facilitate effective product return processing. Avalieri Time will allocate a system for receiving this product to be picked from the delivery address, in case the customer wishes to register a direct contact with it. The product can be shipped in original condition to the address below:

You will be responsible for the returned products until it reaches us.
According to the law, consumers in the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia have the right to cancel the product purchase contract within 7 days from the day following the day the product is received. If you want to cancel your order according to these rules and regulations, please send your request or call the customer service team and inform us of your name and order number. You will receive a code number for your refund request, and we will refund the price you paid for this product to you as it does not include all of the costs for returning the product to us.
An Avalieri Watch has an international warranty of two years from the date of original purchase. It covers defects in the movement, case or glass from an authorized dealer or from our website. In other words, if the watch parts or mechanics don’t work properly, and it’s our fault, we will repair or replace your product for free. However, this does not cover any abuse or physical damage inflicted on the watch. The warranty does not cover water damage, normal wear and tear, accidental glass damage, scratches, strap damage, or theft.
Please note that leather straps are not waterproof. The watch Straps and its accessories are not covered by this warranty.
Proof of purchase is required for all warranty claims and service requests, so please keep your receipt. If you’ve purchased from our site, we will need your order number; or you will need to send us a copy of the receipt from an authorized Avalieri Time dealer.
